Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all course enrollments at Digi Vidyarthi, the leading digital marketing institute in Varanasi.

1. Free Demo Class

Our free demo class is fully complimentary. No fees, no obligations, no refund questions.

2. Paid Course Enrollments

• Before course commencement: A full refund (minus a 5% payment processing charge) is available if you request cancellation at least 7 days before the first class.
• Within first 7 days of course: A 50% refund is available if you have attended fewer than 3 sessions and can demonstrate a genuine mismatch between advertised and delivered content.
• After 7 days: Course fees are non-refundable.

3. Course Cancellation by Digi Vidyarthi

If Digi Vidyarthi cancels a batch due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or operational reasons, students are entitled to a full refund of fees paid, processed within 14 working days.

4. Refund Process

1. Email Info@digividyarthi.com with subject "Refund Request" and your enrollment details.
2. Our team will review and respond within 5 working days.
3. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 14 working days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Registration/admission fees (if any) — non-refundable once paid.
• Course kits and printed materials — non-refundable once dispatched.
• EMI processing charges from partner banks.

6. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you can escalate by replying to the same email thread. Disputes unresolved after 30 days may be referred to consumer courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
